Privacy policy

This is a placeholder privacy policy. We'll publish a full version before broad availability. In short: we store the minimum data needed to match you to opportunities, we don't sell it, and federal data we pull is public anyway.

What we collect

The profile data you give us: company name, address, EIN, SAM UEI, NAICS codes, certifications, service area, capability documents. Plus the standard account fields: email and a hashed password. We log basic usage events (page views, sync runs) for product analytics.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties beyond the service providers we use to run the product (Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting). We don't run ad tracking.

Federal data

The contracts and grants we surface come from public federal APIs (SAM.gov, Grants.gov, USASpending.gov). We cache and re-serve that public data, we don't claim ownership of it.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your profile at any time from the dashboard. To delete your entire account, email hello@contractlinx.io and we'll remove your data within seven days.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party ad cookies.
