Terms of service

These terms are a placeholder while we finalize a proper legal review. The contractlinx product is provided as-is during this preview period. By using the service, you agree to act in good faith and not abuse the federal data sources we integrate with.

Use of the service

contractlinx aggregates publicly available federal contract and grant data and presents it back to you, filtered to your business profile. The data itself is published by SAM.gov, Grants.gov, USASpending.gov, and similar federal sources. We make no warranty that any opportunity surfaced is accurate, current, or available to your business.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share accounts. We may suspend access if we detect abusive use of the API rate limits we consume from federal sources.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance:

• Monthly plans renew automatically each month on your sign-up day.
• Annual plans renew once per year, discounted 25% off the monthly rate.
• Two-year plans renew once every two years, discounted 45% off the monthly rate.
• Three-year plans renew once every three years, discounted 55% off the monthly rate.

All charges are non-refundable. We do not prorate refunds for unused time when you cancel mid-period. You can cancel any plan at any time from your settings; you will retain full access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and the next renewal will not occur. Trials convert to the selected plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then.

If your payment method fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If we cannot collect after a reasonable number of retries, your account will be downgraded to the free preview (or expired status if your preview window has elapsed).

Data accuracy

Match scores are a heuristic based on your declared NAICS codes, certifications, and service area. They are not a guarantee that you will win, qualify for, or even be a fit for a given contract. Always verify directly with the issuing agency before committing resources.

Changes

We will publish a final version of these terms before broad availability. We'll email registered users when that happens.
